Serve the most important part of your tennis game, and even more difficult moves to master. When you do well, everything falls into place, but when I do bad, and without trust, the entire game, often divided. Five keys to a significant improvement in the service are:
Balance – Too many players shift their weight to the gesture that difficulty. Forward swing too soon can a thief and rhythm. Release gesture with your feet spread evenly, deliberately to keep your weight centered.
Action – In contrast to golfers who hit the ball longer, which is not difficult, most servers tense and try to hit the ball hard, often produces the opposite effect. The first key to the service without effort begins with a relaxed grip. Imagine a large servers – Sampras and Federer – and be sure to run wild, and it seems that from start to finish.
Rhythm – the two parties serve thrown in the air and turns, but often disrupts the rhythm of a big move. Somehow, in trying to “win high” for the immediate release of the Sun knocked when the draw was too high, there is a balance a dead stop while waiting for the ball.
Served in a musical rhythm, which can be considered as one-two-three. More or less one – arms of departure TWO – gesture, two and a half – bend your knees and hold the racket and three – plus up and difficulty. In practice, the time and hit three count normal.
Spin – Side spin or topspin the ball curve down (and hopefully in services), as the ball crosses the net. Development of spin serves, going in the direction (not necessarily all the way mind you, but at least the direction) will be continental or volley racket grip on the outskirts of the city, as the ball approaches.
Snap – Making a wet towel in the locker room, or even certain types of whip, the secret is attracting more and then stop the towel snap or whip, or in this case racket. Served with a soft whip, as it looks and feels on top of the swing while the brakes really speed racket. Loose and flexible is the key.
Systematic practice – Yes, I said that the five keys, but really none of that works on the spot “fast days” approach. Improve your serve practice will be repeated. Pay special attention to your balance, tension, pace and pressure. And when you put those together with a whip and hit the top of the swing – Ladies and gentlemen, you will get !!!!!
